about The retreat
On this retreat, you will be introduced to a new pace of life, where there`s no deadlines, to do lists, a million things to take care of, chores etc. Just one week of your life where everything is about slowing down, simplifying, and reconnecting with yourself - the one that`s always there inside you, but never getting enough attention.
We`ll be starting the mornings with a 90 minute slow hatha flow class, where you`ll get the chance to connect with your body, explore its possibilities, accept and embrace its limitations and altogether start your day feeling magical.
After yoga we`ll have some delicious breakfast - indulging a bit in the fresh, local tropical fruit, juices, and all the goodness that makes us feel alive!
During the day we`ll have free time - you can decide if you wanted to go out to the beach, explore nearby villages, have a daytrip somewhere nice, or you can just chill at the pool with a book and a juice, enjoying the art of doing nothing :)
At 5 p.m. we`re meeting again for a 90 minute restorative, yin or meditation class to close the day.
Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and after dinner we encourage everyone to go to bed early, give your body the rest it`s asking for.
